Little Skipper is a miracle puppy She was born with six legs and two tails and all of her appendages work Veterinary specialists say her congenital condition is extraordinarily rare They haven t been able to find any other puppy born with an extra pair of legs who s survived They say Skipper seems pretty healthy so far and that her extra set of legs might actually help with her balance and stability
