Extremely Racist Man Takes It Too Far Meets No nonsense Cops

Officers responded to Target in reference to a disorderly male inside to business that was yelling racial slurs. The caller stated that the male told guests that he was s****dal and was going to off himself.

Officers arrived on scene and employees pointed towards a male standing by the front door of the business. Officer made contact with Hank. Officers were assessing the situation and speaking to the suspect about what the issue was when another assisting officer arrived on scene. The suspect noticed that the other officer had arrived on scene and turned to her and said "Hi ni**er." The suspect then screams "ni**er" and says "if you don't like it, take me to jail!". The suspect then looked towards the other officer again and says "what you gonna do ni**er?" Officers advised the suspect that if he did not stop being disorderly and using racial slurs in public, around pedestrians and children, he would go to jail. The suspect refused to compiy and continued using racial slurs. At this point the suspect was placed into handcuffs (BB/DL).

After placing the suspect into handcuffs an officer was standing to the right of the suspect, waiting for a Target employee to come over and inform the suspect that he was barred from the property. The suspect turns to his right and puts his face within inches of the officers face and spits onto the left side of his face and into his left eye. The suspect was escorted out of the Target to the police vehicle and a spit mask was placed onto his head. The suspect was then transported to the county Jail.

The suspect was barred from the property for a period of two years.
