Arkansas Trooper Flips Car Driven By Pregnant Woman Trying to Safely Pull Over

Dash camera footage from July 2020 shows Arkansas state trooper Rodney Dunn pulling over a driver named Nicole Harper Harper pulled her vehicle to the side turned on her hazard lights and looked for an exit for a safe place to pull over That wasn't enough for officer Dunn He waited 20 seconds and then he used a PIT maneuver to flip her car Harper was pregnant at the time Thankfully Nicole Harper and her daughter survived the crash and she's suing the Arkansas State Police claiming the maneuver was negligent and an excessive use of force It looks like she has a very strong case
